A World of Scaffolding

At any given moment several buildings around campus are undergoing repairs, indicated by the appearance of a scaffolding structure practically overnight. I await the day free of scaffolding and repairs.

As someone walking by remarked as I was taking this photo, “what credit crisis? Seems like the University has plenty of money to spend.”
