The Renovations from the East Quadrangle

The Renovations from the East Quadrangle

Better get used to this sight. The majority of the East Wing of the North Front of the University’s Main Building is now completely under wraps, and it will remain like this until sometime around April of next year. The above panorama is what it looks like from the within the East Quadrangle, a sight many students have seen in the past few weeks on account of the exams going on in Bute Hall (to the left of the panorama), and Hunter Halls West and East (under the tarp, entrances to the left and right of the scaffolding, respectively).
I’ve now shown both sides of the Hunterian Museum’s renovations, and seeing as you can’t get to the top of the University Tower, nor can I afford a helicopter, I won’t be posting a picture of topside of the renovations. The next time I post a photo of this part of the Main Building will probably be when the scaffolding comes down and the renovations are complete.
