Your University, One Photo at a Time

Liquid Nitrogen

Liquid NitrogenThe frozen pipes from yesterday were of the Liquid Nitrogen system on the eastern side of the James Watt North and South Buildings, where the James Watt Nanofabrication Centre is located. I’ve featured that a long time ago, but I thought I’d bring it up as a note on the fact that there is a lot going on at the University of Glasgow which most people don’t acknowledge, unless they’re studying the subjects themselves. There are scenes similar to the above all over campus, including engineering projects, brain scanning machines, chemistry labs, greenhouses, and much more. I need to figure out what there is and where they are so I can go photograph some of them during my time at the University.
