Autumn on Hillhead Street
Just up the road from the University Library is a block of mid to late 19th century tenement buildings on Hillhead Street. Although a large number of the 19th century buildings were bulldozed in the latter half of the 20th century to make way for new university buildings, thankfully a number of them have remained on campus.
The tenements on the left contain departmental offices, such as Psychology, and student halls of residence, for the lucky ones who get to stay in halls on campus and live just a block from the Library.
